A builder and an interior designer respectively, Tim and Maddie Westblade have the experience, knowledge, and design sensibility required to expertly guide their clients through the process of bringing their dream homes from concept to reality.

Tim Westblade: licensed builder
With over 15 years in the residential construction industry, Tim founded Westmade Projects with a vision to bring the high-quality craftsmanship and calm, honest approach he is known for to a building practice that delivers precision, excellence, and value to his clients. Tim is a licensed builder and qualified carpenter. He has led the construction of multi-million-dollar architectural homes and heritage renovations in Sydney, Canberra, Wollongong, and regional NSW with some of NSW and the ACT’s preeminent builders.

Tim is unphased by complex projects, taking all aspects of a build calmly in his stride. He takes an extremely hands-on approach and guides clients through a build, offering expert advice and creatively finding solutions to unexpected complications.
Maddie Westblade: interior designer
As a qualified interior designer, Maddie brings a creative edge to Westmade Projects guiding clients on the design, styling and decoration of their homes. Maddie brings over a decade of experience in corporate communications to the management of Westmade Projects, supporting careful project planning, transparent communication and collaborative partnerships with all clients to ensure their objectives are understood and responded to on each and every project.

Maddie is the director of her own interior design firm, Still Design Studio. Maddie brings an empathetic approach to her practice enabling her to effectively translate the needs, wants, memories, and histories of people into the space they live, work, and play in.
